Dubonim has been a Kosher Israeli daycare for fourteen 2–5 year olds young Israeli children for many years, cared for by 3 full time very experienced loving teachers.
As the head teacher in the daycare, a Seminar Oranim graduate and with 21 years of experience in education, in a kibbutz in Israel and here in the US, I insist upon the Kibbutz style education and learning processes.
I want children to discover their world through all senses, and encourage and welcome parents to be part of our day, to watch and participate anytime they can.
Here we learn all topics; holidays and Shabbat, animals, seasons and nature, music, foods and so much more.
Everything through language; stories and songs, motion; walks, dance and exercise, experimenting with our own hands; in “circle time” and out on the yard, our “junk yard”, basically in every possible way.
I believe in raising children as independent thinking people, letting them express their ideas and personalities, in their own pace and level of development.
The language spoken is Hebrew, and an English teacher comes in to teach Basic English to the kids. We emphasize on the Jewish holidays and culture. We provide breakfast, daily fresh kosher lunch and 2 snacks.
You are welcome to visit us any time, or give us a call with any issue or question regarding your children and family.
